About the Role
For our client in Warsaw we are currently looking for a Recruiter with Ukrainian to join the recruitment team.
In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting blue-collar employees for multiple clients across sectors such as e.g. manufacturing, food processing and warehousing. You will manage recruitment processes for candidates from international markets.
This position is ideal for someone with experience in a temporary staffing agency who is comfortable managing multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes for blue-collar positions across manufacturing, food processing, warehousing and related sectors.
- Source and attract candidates from international markets.
- Manage recruitment projects for multiple clients simultaneously.
- Conduct candidate screening and interviews and assess candidates against client requirements.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and upcoming recruitment needs.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Cooperate closely with internal teams to ensure efficient and timely delivery of recruitment projects.
- Use various sourcing channels and recruitment methods to effectively reach blue-collar candidates.
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of experience in recruitment, gained within a temporary staffing.
- Hands-on experience in recruiting blue-collar employees, preferably for manufacturing, food processing, warehousing or similar sectors.
- Experience in managing recruitment processes for multiple clients or projects simultaneously.
- Experience in sourcing candidates from international markets, particularly Ukraine, Moldova, or Central Asia, would be a strong advantage.
- Fluent Ukrainian is a must.
- Good communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Proactive, independent, and results-oriented approach to work.
- Availability to work on-site from the Warsaw office.
