Order Management Specialist with German

Location: Poland

Working model: both remote and hybrid models available

About the Role

For our client we are currently looking for an Order Management Specialist with German to ensure efficient order processing and a high level of customer service.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating customer orders throughout the order fulfilment process. You will verify order data, cooperate with internal departments and maintain regular contact with customers and suppliers. The position also involves resolving order-related issues and supporting improvements in operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Verify orders to ensure that all information is complete and accurate.
• Provide customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders with updates regarding order status, delivery schedules and potential delays.
• Process and manage customer orders in the ERP systems.
• Identify discrepancies and coordinate the resolution of order-related issues.
• Handle complaints and returns in cooperation with the relevant departments.
• Cooperate with Sales, Logistics, Warehouse, Accounting and other internal teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Contribute to the improvement of order management and delivery processes.
• Perform daily activities in accordance with internal procedures and applicable compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in order management, order processing, purchasing or a similar area.
• Very good command of German and English Languages.
• Good understanding of order fulfilment processes, preferably gained in an international manufacturing environment.
• Very good knowledge of SAP; experience with Salesforce and MS Office would be an advantage.
• Ability to work independently as well as cooperate effectively within a team.
• General knowledge of tax and compliance regulations related to order processing.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Structured, detail-oriented and solution-focused approach.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics or a related field would be an advantage.
