For our client, a well-established Shared Services Centre (SSC) with a stable market position, located in Wrocław, we are currently looking for a Master Data Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a Master Data team, ensuring effective workload management and team performance.
  • Maintain reliable and accurate master data by driving best practices across data creation, maintenance, and governance activities.
  • Support business transformation initiatives, including the migration of master data activities into a shared services environment.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align data management processes with business and system requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify and improve existing processes through standardisation and continuous improvement.
  • Participate in system enhancement and implementation projects, contributing from solution design through deployment and post-go-live support.
  • Promote strong data governance principles and ensure compliance with established policies and quality standards.
  • Deliver guidance and knowledge sharing to business users on master data processes and related tools.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience leading teams within a Master Data or Data Management function.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of SAP ERP, with practical experience working with SAP MDG.
  • Solid understanding of data governance frameworks, master data lifecycle, and data quality management.
  • Experience with MDM technologies and data management solutions.
  • Ability to manage process improvements and support organisational change.
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in an international environment.
  • Fluent English;
